Set in Iceland’s Westfjords district, this hotel offers an in-house restaurant and basic rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Brjánslækur ferry terminal is a 5-minute drive away. Nice and comfortable room. The staff was very pleasant and professional. Access to the hotpot any time (bathrobes given by the hotel). The restaurant and breakfast were excellent! Practical facilities (petrol station, pump station for tyres, wash station).

Offering natural hot springs, free Wi-Fi and an in-house restaurant, this farmhouse hotel is in Iceland’s wild Westfjords. Súdavík village is within a 1-hour drive. The accomodation is located in a farm, basically in the middle of nowhere, but it's totally worth taking the long journey in the Westfjords to get to this place. It has a very unique feeling, you are in the nature. I arrived very late, around midnight, but communication with the hotel staff and then self check in was very easy. After arrival I jumped into the hot pool (which is available 24/7), they have both outdoor and indoor pools (in an amazing palm house). Breakfast was divine with a lot of local produce, it's definitely worth the additional 2000 ISK that I had to pay for that. It's a place where I definitely have to return one day.

Set on Flatey Island in the Breidafjördur Bay, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Baldur Ferry Terminal that departs from Stykkishólmur. It was a great place to stay on the quiet island.

Best place to stay in Isafjöròur! Unbelievable cosy place, awesome breakfast and really nice place for daytrips.

Amazing place! Sitting in the hot jacuzzy, watching the northern lights, what else is needing for the perfection?

Set in Hólmavík, Hótel Laugarhóll with natural hot spring has a garden, shared lounge, restaurant, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy mountain views. At the hotel, each room comes with a desk. For anyone visiting the Northwest area of Iceland, this place was just beautiful. The idea of an outdoor pool, heated by a hot spring, and a smaller hot spring beside it was just a wonderful experience. A major plus was we did not have to pay much, unlike other properties, to use the pool. Breakfast was included in the price and was wonderful. I would recommend the dinner choice where you could sample all the delicious food. I'd love to live there :)

This hotel, opened in June 2013, is situated along the coast in Patreksfjordur, a fishing village in Iceland’s Westfjords. It offers an à la carte restaurant with a bar and daily breakfast buffet. The Hotel is located at the edge of the water. Our dinner was fantastic and the rooms we very comfortable with great views! I would absolutely recommend this Hotel to everyone!
