Detta hotell ligger bredvid Hlemmur Square i närheten av Reykjavíks stora shoppinggata Laugavegur och erbjuder utsikt över staden och berget Esja. We had an excellent 4 night stay at Eyja Guldsmeden Hotel. The room was small but very comfortable with everything we needed including supplied toiletries. The hotel lobby is a nicely decorated, relaxing space with tea, coffee and bottles for tap water available free of charge to guests. There is also a bar in the lobby which did happy hour 4pm-7pm. There is free parking outside the door of the hotel which was great as like many others we had rented a car, meaning we didn’t need to worry about it overnight. Reykjavik centre is within walking distance (1km approx) of the hotel so the car wasn’t needed when we were going to the city centre. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere.

Set an 8-minute drive from central Reykjavik, this hotel offers free parking and brightly decorated rooms with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Kringlan Shopping Centre is 1 km away. The staff was incredibly friendly and even upgraded my single room to a double for free! Lovely stay with great service and a wonderful breakfast!

The location was great as it is at City Center and walking distance to various attractions. Also overnight parking is just 10-15 mins walk away near the lake which is of great convenience. Staff was extremely friendly and made the room available for early check in knowing we needed it. Room comes with Nespresso machine and capsules and electric stove. We were lucky to have a nice balcony to our room.

I’ve asked a room with a bit of specific request and mentioned our anniversary and we got the best room ever with sweets waiting for us. Can’t thank enough hotel employees for making our stay special! Also would like to mention the comfort of the room and specifically bed. Had the best sleep in ages. The breakfast is great as well. All the necessary for different styles of breakfast, with exceptional taste. We tried room service as well and the diner was absolutely amazing!

This hotel is located about 5 minutes' walk from Harpa Concert Hall. Reykjavik Konsulat Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton in Reykjavík features a bath house and complimentary fitness centre. Wonderful hotel for staying in Reykjavik, couldn't ask for me. Beautifully presented hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds, fabulous shower, and great facilities for the gym and sauna. Wouldn't think twice about stopping again. Thoroughly recommended!!
