It was quiet, friendly atmosphere between us and the other guests, it had more like a "family vibe". :-) The bonus is, that in this one and only accomodation we've seen the aurora lights because of the location. :-) Everything was nice and clean, fully equipped kitchen, I really recommend this accomodation.

The bed was comfortable with a warm blanket. The shared bathroom was clean. The common area was nice with sofas and a bunch of tables to eat. There is a hot tub for the guests to use.

They have dozens of beautiful Icelandic horses, which were so much fun to watch! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to arrange a horse ride, but apparently that is available for a fee. The overall price for a room is super inexpensive compared to other properties in Iceland.JoyceFamily with young children

The building itself is a part of a farm and it feels like the guesthouse is built from old stables which was a fun experience :) The beds are comfortable, also we had a private bathroom which was simple but nice. The "Social area" in this guesthouse is super-cozy with comfy sofas, a heater and a perfectly working guitar. There is also a nice terrace with BBQ, but it was snowing so we couldn't enjoy it.
