Perfekt place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city and relax in nature. The room was large and spacious (Family room) We loved the Aesthetic interior in the rooms and outside. Enjoyed a great time at the beach (at low tide). Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Amazing breakfast, very tasty food… we loved the Tuna steak.

The stay at Zan View Hotel was an amazing experience. View to the ocean from the 1st floor is amazing, the food is delicious, however, the best part of this object is its staff, especially the manager Frank :) Highly recommand !

The resort is simply a little spot in paradise, with its private beach and an amazing pool. All the staff is super kind and smiles all the time from all the waiters to the managers, special thanks to our dinner waiter Samson, we can say we made a friend here. The rooms are big and most important very clean. Food is just delicious both the buffet breakfast and the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this resort and hopefully will come back very soon.

I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water.
I loved the colour, clarity and temperature of the water. The sand was so soft and almost white. I didn't like the hassle on the beach though. It was easier to stay at the hotel to avoid it. But that's not why you visit another country!

Quiet part of the island with beach among the nicest.
Quiet part of the island with beach among the nicest. That meant fewer people and tranquility which was what I was looking for during that trip. The hotel was also exactly what I need. All the facilities (gym, massage, sports activities) + excellent food at a reasonable cost. And Fatma the day manager was great. A wonderful person and soul

Front Office led by Victor was outstanding and exceeded our expectations
The restaurant and other staff were extremely courteous and helpful in all circumstances.
The Food and Beverager Manager Zablon is a kind and focused man, results oriented.
Zan View in my opinion is outstanding, because of its management & staff team, its authentic interior design and cleanliness and its location. In Zanzibar people are super friendly in general, friendliness and service-orientation of the whole team was exceptional and far above expectation (am travelling to Zanzibar since 2008). Located on top of a small hill, with stairways down to Kairo village and the hotels private beach stretch,it is a georgeous combination of hotel privacy and local village.
We are an American couple who have been living in Tanzania for years. We booked confidently in this corner of paradise which is Kiwengwa, for us the most beautiful beach in Zanzibar. The villa was really good and it’s decor is lovely. The bed is comfortable (superb having the duvet) and the bathroom/shower is quite spacious. Although there were other villas nearby, ours was slightly secluded and private. The hosts really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The facilities are great - The gym is large and comprehensive, the pools are great and the shuttle to the beach is efficient with great availability (almost every couple minutes).
The hotel looks amazing and well designed, almost every frame of the hotel looks like a Windows wallpaper.
The room is well decorated with a nice bathroom.
The is a verity of restaurants in the hotel with great food.
The staff and service are very welcoming and nice.
The hotel is very clean.
Zanbluu is a truly fantastic hotel on the East coast of Zanzibar. The pool area is beautifully designed, really spacious and the pool was fantastic. Our lodge was also amazing - exactly as on the pictures with lovely view to the sea. The food was excellent - dinner menu was particularly good which changed every day. Overall we were really happy with our stay - if you fancy switching off and not doing much (other than sunbathing) this is the perfect place for you.
My stay was great, I had the peace and quiet I was looking for. I purposely choose an intimate hotel as I don’t like crowded places. Friendly staff, really good cleaning service, restaurant food is very good. Was really happy with the private beach access that brought a luxurious aspect to my stay in Zanzibar.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe in the room and hotel itself.
If I ever go back in Zanzibar, I would probably stay at Imara again.
The first thing to compliment was the staff, my husband and I arrived after a long travel to the hotel, the receptionist offered us a complimentary massage in the new spa on the beach, we booked the seaview room and we were happy with what we got, the hotel takes very special care for the food and new daily specials on the board, highly recommend to check out their instagram z.lodge.zanzibar for proof )).
Velue for money for sure!
The staff is amazing and always helpful and thoughtfull. Ive never had such good care in no other western hotel. This is a true jam.
Special thanks for receptionist Dida! Such welcoming, always smiling and gives her 120% at all times.
Thank you kitchen team, bar team, house keeping and just everyone.
Will definitely come back to this place, full of great energy and love.
It was our first trip to Zanzibar and we've fallen in love with this beautiful island and this little paradise called 'Zanzibella'. Super friendly staff helped me organized amazing suprise for my fiancee. It's not often when I can give 10/10 for food quality, hotel restaurant is outstanding! First trip to Africa was safe and enjoyable thanks to this lovely people. Thank you and I hope see you!
+ professional & friendly team

+ one of the best overall menu in Kiwengwa, octopus was outstanding!
+ beautiful beach with absolutely amazing sounds of ocean waves which we could hear from our room
+ great design inside & outside - white dream really stands out among other hotels in kiwengwa
I was upgraded to a bigger room and I had my own outside seating area. Excellent and plenty of choices of food for breakfast. The restaurant also served delicious lunch and dinner. The location was safe and quiet. Security on property. Friendly owners and staff. The back up generator really helped when the whole Zanzibar lost power for several hours.
Amazing team, comfy and modern rooms and an own nice Restaurant.
The Bar on the Pool is fantastic and the beach nice and quiet.
At the reception they are very keen to help you with day trips and even as a couple if you want to see a club/bar in the area, the hotel-team takes you with them to have a good time.
An 11 of 10!
The dinner was delicious every night, lovely staff, specially Estrella from the reception!! Thank you for the lovely hospitality! Kiwengwa beach hotel felt comfortable like home. Beach side was so wide, lots of sunbeds, variety of pools… just amazing stay!! Recommend 100%%
Seashore is a lovely quiet boutique hotel made up of rustic beach bungalows a stone’s throw from the beach and a short walk to the main town. The main strip is plagued by sellers so it was so lovely to come back to the peace and tranquillity of Seashore.
Staff was very friendly, invorment was nice, hotel's beach was clean and very cosy, on the beach there were hotel's bar, is this bar work several guys, there are very kind, friendly and professional.
During our vacation we booked 3 different hotels for the same price per night, Marafiki was the best in terms of comfort, facilities, staff and restaurant.
Definitely recommend!
the owner of the property is one of the best person that I meet in Zanzibar.
SIMAI I'll see you again, thank you for your hospitality.
